AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 1996
APPRAISAL ROLL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the City Council hereby approves the 1996
Appraisal Roll of the city of Denton, Texas in the amount of
$2,080,072,354.00 assessed valuatIon, based on the Certlfled
Appraisal Roll as approved by the Appraisal Review Board of the
Denton Central Appraisal D~str~ct.
SECTION II. That this ordInance shall become effective
~mmed~ately upon its passage and approval.
