ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS IN GILLESPIE V. CITY OF DENTON; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION I. That the expenditure of funds in the amount of
Ninety-four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-three Dollars and Eighty-
seven Cents ($94,643.87) for Judgment and Five Thousand Nine
Hundred Eighty-seven Dollars and Fifty-two Cents ($5,987.52) for
post-judgment interest is hereby authorized for Cause No. 92-20068-
158, Gillespie v. City of Denton.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage and approval. ~~~
