AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION BY HERSMAN DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, VERL LYBBERT, CHRIS LYBBERT AND KATHERINE LYBBERT OF
.273 ACRES OF LAND FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES; AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the City of Denton, Texas, accepts the
dedication of .273 acres of land by Lillian Miller Parkway as
described in the attached document of dedication.
SECTION II. That the Planning Department is directed to show
the property dedicated as a public street on the Official Map of
the City of Denton, Texas.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and apparel.
