AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 1995
APPRAISAL ROLL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the City Council hereby approves the 1995
Appraisal Roll of the City of Denton, Texas in the amount of
$1,991,941,976.00 assessed valuation, based on the Certified
Appraisal Roll as approved by the Appraisal Review Board of the
Denton Central Appraisal District.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
