ORDINANCE NO. ~-~ 2~9~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 1995 TAX
ROLLS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the City Council hereby approves the 1995 Tax
Rolls of the City of Denton, Texas in the amount of $10,774,354.55
based on the Certified Appraisal Roll as approved by the Appraisal
Review Board of the Denton Central Appraisal District.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage and approval.
