AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE ~YOR TO
EXECUTE A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO A CONTACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
DENTON MD THE UNITED STATES OF ~ERICA FOR RECREATIONAL
DEVELOPMENT AT MY ROBERTS (FO~ERLY AUBREY) AND LEWISVILLE ~KES;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
supplemental agreement between the city of Denton and the United
State of America for recreational development at Ray Roberts
(formerly Aubrey) and Lewisville Lakes, under the terms and
conditions contained in the supplemental agreement, which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION II. That the city Council hereby authorizes the
expenditure of funds in the manner and amount as specified in the
agreement.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval. ~
