AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON RETAINING THE LAWFIRM OF WOLFE,
CLARK & HENDERSON TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF DENTON IN LITIGATION
PENDING AGAINST THE CITY; AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
THEREFOR; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Council of the City of Denton approves the
retaining of the lawfirm of Wolfe, Clark & Henderson to represent
the city, at normal city billing rates, in pending litigation
styled Snell v. city and Kutcher and authorizes the expenditure of
funds therefor.
~ECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage and approval.
