ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON RETAINING THE LAWFIRM OF WOLFE,
CLARK & HENDERSON TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF DENTON IN LITIGATION
PENDING AGAINST THE CITY; AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
THEREFOR; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I, That the Council of the City of Denton approves the
retaining of the lawfirm of Wolfe, Clark & Henderson to represent
the city, at normal City billing rates, in pending litigation
styled Iwuchukwu v. city and Jerry Clark and authorizes the
expenditure of funds therefor.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage an~ approv~l~ ~,
