AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF
FEES FOR FILING APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW, APPROVAL, GRANT OR ISSU-
ANCE OF PL~TS, PLANS, PERMITS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, VARIANCES OR
DESIGNATIONS REQUIRED BY THE SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS AND
ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE
CUMULATIVE, PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby
authorized to be imposed for the filing of applications, review,
approval, grant or issuance of plats, plans, permits, licenses,
certificates, variances or designations required by the Subdivision
Rules and Regulations and Zoning Regulations set forth in Chapters
34 and 35 respectively of the code of Ordinances of the city of
Denton.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall repeal every prior
ordinance in conflict herewith, but only insofar as the portion of
such prior ordinance shall be in conflict; and as to all other
sections of the ordinance not in direct conflict herewith, this
ordinance shall be and is hereby made cumulative except as to such
prior ordinances or portions thereof as are expressly repealed
hereby.
SECTION III. That if any section, subsection, sentence,
clause, or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be
unconstitutional, such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of this ordinance.
