ORDINANCE NO. 9 -02
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON RETAINING THE LAWFIRM OF WOLFE,
CLARK & HENDERSON TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF DENTON IN LITIGATION
PENDING AGAINST THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Council of the City of Denton approves
the retainer of the lawfirm of Wolfe, Clark & Henderson to rep-
resent the City, at the normal City billing rates, in pending
litigation styled Williams et al v. Cabrales, et al.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
