SUBJECT: Final application for historic landmark designation of
120 W. Oak
DATE: April 5, 1993
BeBe Olufsen has submitted her final application for historic
landmark designation for 120 W. Oak. Although the building still
retains a modern aluminum storefront, extensive sensitive
renovation of the upper facade and interior make designation
appropriate for this property.
Staff recommends approval and commends Ms. Olufsen, who retained
Michelle Glaze to research the property and prepare the
application, on submitting a complete and thorough architectural
and social history of the building.
