AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ARKWRIGHT MUTUAL INSURANCE
COMPANY FOR PROPERTY/CASUALTY, BOILER/MACHINERY, COMMERCIAL CRIME
AND VEHICLE COLLISION INSURANCE COVERAGE; AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFOR; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the proposal of Arkwright Mutual Insurance
Company for property/casualty, boiler/machinery, commercial crime
and vehicle collision insurance coverage for the city of Denton is
hereby accepted.
SECTION II. That the City Council hereby authorizes the
expenditure of funds in the manner and amount as specified in the
agreement, not to exceed $114,549.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
SECTION IV. That the Risk Manager is hereby directed to fur-
nish the City Secretary with a copy of the insurance binder evi-
dencing such insurance coverage upon receipt.
