AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON APPROVING THE RETAINER OF THE
LAWFIRM OF HENDERSON BRYANT AND WOLFE TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN
PENDING LITIGATION STYLED PAUL IWUCHUKWU V. CITY OF DENTON; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Council of the City of Denton approves the
retainer of the lawfirm of Henderson Bryant and Wolfe to represent
the City in the pending litigation styled Paul Iwuchukwu v. city of
Denton.
SECTION II. That the City Council hereby authorizes the
expenditure of funds therefor, for payment of services to Henderson
Bryant & Wolfe at its normal billing rates to the city.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
