ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING T~E~MAyO~TO E~E~UTE A~ AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF DENTON AND ~jj ~.~_~ TO PROVIDE
AUDITING SERVICES AS AUDITORS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER,
30, 1992; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That.the Mayor is aut~o~ze~ to .ex~cute, an
Agreement between the City of Denton and ~F~, ~_~j~d~_~
designating them the auditing firm for the City of Denton for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 1992, in accordance with the
conditions set forth in the responses to the Request for Proposal,
a copy of which is attached hereto.
SECTION II. That the expenditure of funds in an amount not to
exceed $_~Z)O is hereby authorized.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
