ORDINANCE NO ~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON APPROVING THE RETAINER OF THE
LAWFIRM OF HOWARD E WATT, P C TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN PENDING
LITIGATION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
$~CTION I That the Council of the City of Denton approves
the retainer of the lawflrm of Howard E Watt, P C to represent
the City, at the billing rate of $100 per hour, in pending the
litigation of Jolvnn Nichols, Ken Younqblood. and Heather Fr~ck,
Nathan Nichols. Nicole Nichols vs. The City of Denton, and GTE

SECTION II That the city Council hereby authorizes the
expendlture of funds therefore
SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective
lmmedlately upon its passage and appr.ov~l
