ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE
RENAMING OF TERLINGUA STREET TO NICOSIA STREET AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
~ That the street officially designated as Ter-
lingua Street, being a public street connecting to Highway 77, is
renamed as Nicosia Street
~_~ That the Executive Director of Planning and
Development is directed to amend the official map of the City of
Denton to reflect the change in the street name as provided herein
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval
