AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ANEASEMENT FROM THE CITY OF DENTON TO GTE SOUTHWEST INCOR-
PORATED, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
~ That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
attached easement between the City of Denton and GTE Southwest
~ That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval ~,
