AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON RETAINING THE LAWFIRM OF
HENDERSON BRYANT & WOLFE TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF DENTON IN PENDING
LITIGATION, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
~ That the Council of the City of Denton approves
the retainer of the lawfirm of Henderson Bryant & Wolfe to repre-
sent the City, at the normal City billing rates, in pending liti-
gation T~xas Waste Manaaement v. Cltv of Denton
SECTION II That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its passage and approval
