AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION BY MAYHILL ROAD REALTY COM-
PANY OF 082 ACRES OF LAND FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES, AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the City of Denton, Texas, accepts the dedi-
cation of 082 acres of land by Mayhill Road Realty Company as de-
scribed in the attached document of dedication
SECTION II That the Department of Planning is directed to
show the property dedicated as a public street on the Official Map
of the City of Denton, Texas
SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its passage and approval

BEING THE DESCRIPTION of a 0 082 acre tract of land lying
and being situated in the M E P & P Railroad Company Survey,
Abstract 950, Denton County, Texas, said tract lying within the
existing Right-of-Way of Mayhill Road as now fenced, and more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of TMPA Transmission
Line which is N 39' 28' 16" W , 11 0 feet from the Northwest
corner of a 18 2159 acre tract as conveyed to Mayhill Road Realty
Company, by Deed Records in Volume 1441, Page 606, Real Property
Records, Denton County, Texas, and in the East Right-of-Way line
of proposed Mayhill Road (120' R 0 W said point being on a
curve,
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the
right, radius of 910.0 feet, through a central angle of
14' 23' 53", an arc distance of 228 68 feet, chord bears
S 19' 56' 35" W , 228 08 feet to a point in the center of
existing asphalt roadway, the apparent center of Right-of-Way
Mayhill Road (variable width);
THENCE N. 14' 45' 35" E , 241 99 feet, with the center said
asphalt roadway, to a point in the centerline of TMPA Electrical
Transmission Line,
THENCE S 39' 28' 16" E , with the center of said
transmission line, 25 39 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING AND
CONTAINING 3,585 square feet or 0 082 Acre of Land
