AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF 0 6 ACRES OF LAND BY THE
FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION FOR STREET AND UTILITY PUR-
POSES, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the City of Denton, Texas, accepts the dedi-
cation of 0 6 acres of land by the Federal Deposit Insurance Cor-
poration for street and utility purposes as described in the at-
tached dedication instrument
SECTION II That the Department of Planning is directed to
show the property dedicated as a public street on the Official Map
of the City of Denton, Texas
SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its passage and approva
