AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COST FOR STREET LIGHTING SERVICES PUR-
SUANT TO SECTION 25-21 OF CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25-21 of
Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances of the cost to be charged for
providing street lighting services are hereby established as fol-
lows

SECTION II All ordinances or parts of ordinances in force
when the provisions of this ordinance become effective which are
inconsistent or in conflict with the terms or provisions contained
in this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict
SEC'T'ION III That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its passage and approval
