1991-015ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX B- ZONING OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ALLOW ONE-FAMILY DWELLINGS WITHIN SPECIFIED NON-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $2,000 00 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I. That article 12 of Appendix B-Zoning is amended by adding the following definition (67) One-Family Dwelling, Restricted A one family dwelling located on nonresidential property designed to be used by the owner or by an employee to be near the nonresidential use The dwelling shall be attached to the nonresidential building, except that a detached dwelling is permitted in a Light Industrial district This use is not permitted on property used for electric substations, microwave towers, water treatment plants, painting shops, service stations, tire retreading shops, animal pounds, livestock feeding plants, poultry hatcher- ies, or petroleum storage or collection facilities SECTION Ir That paragraph B ("Primary Residential Uses") of the Schedule of Uses of article 7 of Appendix B-Zoning of the Code of ordinances is amended by adding the following use A 1 1 2-P 1 If-2 P 0 M8 CR C C!
