AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 1990 TAX
ROLLS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the City Council hereby approves the 1990 Tax
Rolls of the City of Denton, Texas in the amount of $12,967,044.26
based on the Certified Appraisal Roll as approved by the Appraisal
Review Board of the Denton Central Appraisal District.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
