AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON RETAINING THE LAWFIRM OF
HENDERSON BRYANT & WOLFE TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF DENTON IN CLAIMS
AND LITIGATION PENDING AGAINST THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Council of the City of Denton approves
the retainer of the lawfirm of Henderson Bryant & Wolfe to
represent the City, at the normal City billing rates, in the
pending claim of the family of Larry Champion.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
