ORDINANCE NO ~I-15 r
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING PAYMENT OF
THE CITY OF DENTON'S SHARE OF THE ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
PARTICIPATION IN THE UPPER TRINITY REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT,
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFOR, AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Board of the City of Denton,
Texas on November 21, 1989, recommended approval of an expendi-
ture of funds to pay the City's share of the annual administra-
tive fee for participation in the Upper Trinity Regional Water
District, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in
the best interest of the City to accept said recommendation, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the City Council hereby approves the recom-
mendat oo-~f-the Public Utilities Board of the City of Denton,
Texas to pay the City's share of the annual administrative fee
for participation in the Upper Trinity Regional Water District
SECTION II That the City Council hereby authorizes the
expen tub re _of_ funds in the amount of Fourteen Thousand Five
Hundred Fifty-seven and no/100 Dollars ($14,557 00) to pay the
City's share of this fee
SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval
