AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON RETAINING THE LAW FIRM OF
HENDERSON BRYANT & WOLFE TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF DENTON IN
LITIGATION PENDING AGAINST THE CITY, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the City Council hereby ratifies and approves
the City Attorney's retainer of the law firm of Henderson Bryant
& Wolfe to represent the City in litigation pending styled In Re
a/k/a Flow Memorial Hospital in the United States District Court,
Eastern District of Texas, Cause No 88-42099
SECTION II That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval
