AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE
APPROVAL OF A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DETAILED PLAN FOR 2 116 ACRES OF
LAND LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF UNIVERSITY DRIVE, BETWEEN BONNIE
BRAE AND ECTOR ROADS, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM OF
$2,000 00 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No 69-1, the City Council approved a
planned development district for Block 4056, Lots 1-3 (PD-5)
located between Emery, Bonnie Brae, and University, as more
particularly described therein, and
WHEREAS, Bill DeBerry has applied for approval of a detailed
plan for 2 116 acres of land within the district for commercial
uses, and
WHEREAS, on September 27, 1989, after a public hearing, the
Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the detailed
plan, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That for the 2 116 acres of land described in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
there is approved the detailed plan shown in Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, so that hereafter that
portion of the district subject to the plan shall be constructed,
used, and maintained in accordance with the detailed plan herein
approved
SECTION II That a copy of this ordinance shall be attached
to Ordinance No 69-1, showing the detailed plan herein approved
for that portion of the district
SECTION III That any person violating any provision of this
ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding
$2,000 00 Each day that a provision of this ordinance is violated
shall constitute a separate and distinct offense
SECTION IV That this ordinance shall become effective
fourteen (14) days from the date of its passage, and the City
Secretary is hereby directed to cause the caption of this ordinance
to be published twice in the Denton Record-Chronicle, the official
newspaper of the City of Denton, Texas, within ten (10) days of the
date of its passage

in Volume 4, Page 26, Plat Records of Denton County, Texas and

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE
APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED DETAILED PLAN FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO 89-147 (PD-5), PROVIDING FOR
A PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $2,000 00 FOR VIOLATIONS
THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No 89-147, the City Council approved a
planned development district and detailed plan for 2 1116 acres of
land located south of University Drive, between Bonnie Brae and
Ector Roads, as more particularly described therein, and
WHEREAS, the owner has applied for approval of a revised
detailed plan to provide for added storage buildings and parking,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended
approval of the amended detailed plan, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That Exhibit B of Ordinance No 89-147 is amended
by the adoption of a revised "Detailed Site Plan" for the District,
attached to and incorporated into this ordinance by reference
SECTION II That a copy of this ordinance shall be attached to
Ordinance No 89-147 showing the amendment made
SECTION III, That any person violating any provision of this
ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding
$2,000 00 Each day that a provision of this ordinance is violated
shall constitute a separate and distinct offense
SECTION IV That this ordinance shall become effective four-
teen (14) days from the date of its passage, and the City Secretary
is hereby directed to cause the caption of this ordinance to be
