AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SANITATION COLLECTION SERVICES AS
AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
DENTON, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the charges for residential garbage collection
sere cep s as authorized by Section 12-19(b) of Article II of
Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby established in the
amount of Nine Dollars and 25/100 ($9 25) for each individual
family unit for a thirty day period
SECTION II That the charges for commercial and institutional
garbage coT eecction services, established in accordance with
Section 12-20 of Article III of Chapter 12 of the Code of
Ordinances, are hereby amended as follows
