AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED DETAILED PLAN FOR 5 7 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED WITHIN PD-6, ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF WILDERNESS STREET, THE NORTH SIDE OF TIMBERRIDGE STREET, AND THE WEST SIDE OF KENWOOD STREET, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $2000 00 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, by Ordinance No 84-132, the City Council approved an amended site plan for 56 acres of land, as more particularly described therein, located within PD-6, WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for approval of a revised detailed plan for 5 7 acres of the planned development district to provide for amendments to the designated cluster housing and single-family use areas, and, WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the amended detailed plan, NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I That in accordance with article 11 of Appendix B - Zoning of the Code of Ordinances, the amended detailed plan shown in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated by reference is approved for the 5 7 acres of land located in PD-6, said land being described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by reference, so that hereafter the property shall be constructed, used, and maintained in accordance with the detailed plan herein approved SECTION II That a copy of this ordinance shall be attached to Ordinance No 84-132, showing the amendment herein made SECTION III That any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding $2000 00 Each day that a provision of this ordinance is violated shall constitute a separate and distinct offense
