1988-1582490L NO AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR ALL OF THE 5 3 ACRES OF LAND WITHIN THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-18) AS ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO 74-31 AND BEING LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COOPER CREEK ROAD AND MINGO ROAD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $2,000 00 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, by Ordinance No 74-31, the City Council approved a planned development district and site plan for 5 3 acres of land located at the southeast corner of Cooper Creek Road and Mingo Road, as more particularly described therein (presently used as the Safety Kleen plant site), and WHEREAS, Safety Kleen has applied for approval of a revised site plan to provide for the addition to an existing warehouse, and WHEREAS, after a public hearing, the planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the revised site plan, NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I That it approves the amended site plan, attached hereto as xh bit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, for all of the 5 3 acres of land within the planned development district (PD-18) as established by Ordinance No 74-31, as described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated by reference, so that hereafter the property shall be constructed, used, and maintained in accordance with the revised site plan herein approved SECTION II That a copy of this ordinance shall be attached to Ordinance No 74-31, showing the amendment herein made SECTION III Any person who shall violate a provision of this ordinance, or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, or of a permit or certificate issued there- under, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000 00) Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of this ordi- nance is committed, or continued, and upon conviction of any such violations such person shall be punished within the limits above SECTION IV That this ordinance shall become effective fourteen ays from the date of its passage, and the City Secretary is hereby directed to cause the caption of this ordinance to be
