AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
COMMERCIAL SANITATION COLLECTION SERVICES AS AUTHORIZED BY
CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the charges for commercial and institutional
garbage colTeRtion services as authorized by section 12-20 of
article III of chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances are hereby
established as follows

SECTION II That this ordinance shall become effective
fourteen (M--clays from the date of its passage, and the City
Secretary is hereby directed to cause the caption of this
ordinance to be published twice in the Denton Record-Chronicle,
the official newspaper of the City of Denton, Texas, within ten
(10) days of the date of its passage
