AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWENTY=FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE RECREATION FUND, FUND NO 261,
TO ACCOUNT NO 261-031-0062-9101 TO UTILIZE FUNDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED TENNIS BUILDING AT NORTH LAKES PARK,
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
transfer the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000 00)
from the unappropriated fund balance of the Recreation Fund, Fund
No 261, to Account No 261=031.0062-9101 said sum to be utilized
for the construction of the proposed tennis building at North
Lakes Park
SECTION II That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval
