AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETI~EEN THE CITY OF DENTON
AND BLACK ~ VEATCH CONSULTING ENGINEERS, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the City Council hereby approves and
authorizes the Mayor and City Secretary to execute and attest,
respectively, the agreement between the City of Denton and Black
~ Veatch, Consulting Engineers for a feasibility study o£ a sol~d
waste lnclneratlon and steam generation £aclllty, under the
provisions o£ the contract which is attached hereto and
~ncorporated by reference herein
SECTION II That the C~ty Council authorIzes the expenditure
of funds not to exceed Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000 00)
