AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 87-127 PROVIDING FOR A NEW
EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLUMBING CODE, AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That Section IV of Ordinance No 87-127, passed
and approved by the Denton City Council on July 21, 1987, ~s
hereby amended as follows
That th~s ordinance shall become effective on September
15, 1987
SECTION II That th~s ordinance shall become effectlve
fourteen (14) days from the date of its passage, and the Clty
Secretary is hereby directed to cause the caption of this
ordinance to be published twice in the Denton Record-Chronicle,
the off~clal newspaper of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, within ten
(10) days of the date of ~ts passage
