Incorporated by reference herein

SECTION II The Mayor of the City of Denton, Texas, ~s hereby
authorized and directed to cause not~ce of such public heartngs to
be published once ~n a newspaper having general circulation ~n the
C~ty and in the territory described ~n Exhlb,t "A" not more than
twenty days nor less than ten days prtor to the date of such
public hearings, ail in accordance with the Municipal Annexation
Act (Article 970a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes)
