to be ~r consldered an elllplo)'~e of the Clty of Denton, T~xas for
the purposes of 1nCOllle tax, wlthholdlng, soclal securlty taxes,
vacatlon or slck leave b~neflts, or any other Clty elllployee
benefl t The Cl ty sh!lll not have supenn s lon and cont ro 1 of
Contractor or any fJl11plo)'ee of Contractor, but It IS expressl)'
understood that Contractor shall perform the ser~lces herfJunder
at t~e d1rectlon of and to the satlsfactlon of the Clty Manager
