AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS PROVIDING FOR THE
NAMING OF A PUBLIC STREET SITUATED IN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Denton, Texas has recommended that the road previously referred
to or called "Pockrus", "Palge" or "Page" Road, be formally
named and designated as Page Road, and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby f~nds and determine that
said road should be designated as Pockrus Road, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HERhBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the road located within the City of Denton
and extending from Its intersection w~th the I-SSE Service Road
to Its ~ntersect~on w~th Swisher Road and previously referred to
as "Pockrus", "Palge", or "Page" Road, be formally named and
designated as Pockrus Road
SECTION II That the City Council authorizes and directs
that the official map of the City of Denton be amended to show
the street designation approved
SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval

RENAMING OF POCKRUS ROAD TO POCKRUS PAGE ROAD AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
~ That the road officially designated as Pockrus
Road by Ordinance No 87-039, being a public road extending from
its intersection with the 1-35E Service Road to its intersection
with Swisher Road, is renamed as Pockrus Page Road
~ That the official map of the City of Denton be
amended to show the change in the street name as provided herein
~ That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon 1ts passage and approval
