AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROHIBITING U TURNS ON
AUDRA LANE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH MCKINNBY STREET, PROVIDING FOR
A PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF SZ00 00 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF,
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
S~CTION I
When signs are erected g~v~ng not~ce thereof, no person shall
make a U Turn at any t~me on Audra Lane at its ~ntersectlon w~th
McKxnney Street
SECTION II
Any person adjudged guilty of vxolatxng the prows~ons of thxs
ordxnance shall be guilty of a m~sdemeanor and punished by a fxne
not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200 00)
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall become effective fourteen (14) days
from the date of ~ts passage, and the C~ty Secretary ~s hereby
directed to cause the caption of th~s ordinance to be published
twice xn the Denton Record-Chronicle, the official newspaper of
the C~ty of Denton, Texas, w~thln ten (10) days of the date of ~ts
