1986-2541652L NO gW rq~/ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE LOCATED AT 115 SYCAMORE STREET, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $200 00 FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I That there is hereby established a loading zone at 115 Sycamore Street beginning 115 feet west of Locust Street, and measuring ten feet by twenty-two feet SECTION II That when signs are in place or the pavement is marked giving notice thereof, any person who shall violate the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200 00) SECTION III That this ordnance shall become effective fourteen (14) days from the date of its passage, and the City Secretary is hereby directed to cause the caption of this ordinance to be published twice in the Denton Record-Chronicle, the official newspaper of the City of Denton, Texas, within ten (10) days of the date of its passage PASSED AND APPROVED this the &LJ-1day of4 , 1986 RAY L__41 PHENS, MAYOR CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS ATTEST C A LOT EN, IT CI ETA C T OF ENTON, TEXAS APPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM DEBRA ADAMI DRAYOVITCH, CITY ATTORNEY CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS BY 1591L NO a07Q`~ AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AND VACATING A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas has determined that the hereinafter described utility easement is no longer needed for public use, and WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Texas Revised Civil Statutes, Article 5421c-12, an appraisal of the fair market value of said easement has been obtained, and WHEREAS, in accordance with state law, said easement is being abandoned and vacated in consideration of the receipt of their fair market value by the abutting property owner thereof, NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I That the hereinafter described easement is abandoned and vacated as an easement for public utilities ALL that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the City and County of Denton, State of Texas, and being part of the John McGowan survey, Abst No 797, and being part of Lot No 1, Block 40, of the Southridge East, Phase I Addition, an addition to the City/County of Denton, and also being part of a tract of land as conveyed from Interwest Savings Association to Southridge Place Joint Venture by deed dated 6-01-84 and recorded in Volume 1418, Page 285 of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows BEING the west 6 feet of an existing 16 feet communications and utility easement along the east 16 feet of said Lot 1 and Block 40 SECTION II That said easement is herein abandoned and vacated, and by operation of law, the City of Denton's property interest in said easement shall revert to the abutting property owner, whether one or more, and the City of Denton hereby releases any and all claims to the use of the property described in said easement referenced herein for the purposes therein described SECTION III That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval PASSED AND APPROVED this the day of 1986 a oa.o/ RAY ST P NS, MAYOR CITY 0 DENTON, TEXAS AT1 EST 4 C E ALLEN, CITY SECRETAtT- CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS APPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM DEBRA ADAMI DRAYOVITCH, CITY ATTORNEY CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS BY
