14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas under Ordinance No
69-1, as amended, is hereby amended to show such change in
District Classification and Use subject to the above conditions
and specifications
SECTION V
That the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, hereby
finds that such change is in accordance with a comprehensive
plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the
City of Denton, Texas, and with reasonable consideration, among
other things for the character of the district and for its
peculiar suitability for particular uses, and with a view to
conserving the value of the buildings, protecting human lives,
and encouraging the most appropriate uses of land for the
maximum benefit to the City of Denton, Texas, and its citizens

That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon

ORDINANCE NO 85-210 TO PROVIDE FOR THE CORRECTION OF AN ERROR IN
THE METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION OF A PORTION OF THE LAND ANNEXED,
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on October 15, 1985, the City Council of the City of
Denton, Texas, by the adoption of Ordinance No, 85-210, annexed
four tracts of land containing approximately 304 acres of land, as
described therein, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Ordinance No 85-210 so as
to correct a clerical error in the metes and bounds description of
"Tract 211, as described in the ordinance, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the metes and bounds description of "Tract
L", as escri ed in Section I of Ordinance No 85-210, is amended
by the adoption of a corrected metes and bounds description for
"Tract 2", described in Exhibit A, attached herein and
incorporated herein by reference

NO 86-210 (PD-125), AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No 86-210, the city Council approved
a planned development district (PD-125) and concept plan for 58 6
acres of land located west of North Locust Street and northwest of
Hercules Lane, as more particularly described therein , and
WHEREAS, the concept plan provided for a schedule of
development beginning in 1987 and ending in 1989, for which the
owner is requesting an extension, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
