AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER THIRTEEN "HEALTH
AND SANITATION" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS, RELATING TO MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That Article III of Chapter 13 "Health and Sanitation" of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas, relating to
massage establishments is hereby repealed
SECTION II
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval
