AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ARTHUR J GALLAGHER $ COMPANY
FOR CERTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE CITY OF DENTON, AUTHORIZING
THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFOR, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the bid of Arthur J Gallagher $ Company for the following
types of insurance coverage is hereby accepted
Property
Automobile Liability
Automobile Physical
Crime Stock
General Liability
Public Official's Liability
Law Enforcement Liability
Mobile Equipment
SECTION II
The expenditure of funds therefor is hereby authorized
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval
