AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION BY PLAT OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT FROM ALI AL-KHAFAJI,
AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the City of Denton, Texas, hereby accepts that drainage
easement as dedicated to the public by the final plat of the
AL-KHAFAJI ADDITION, LOT 1, BLOCK I, City of Denton, Texas, said
easement being situated in the S C Hiram Survey, Abstract No
616, Denton County, Texas, as shown in said final plat filed of
record in Cabinet D, Page 316 of the plat records of Denton
County, Texas, so that hereafter said easement shall be known as
a public drainage easement to be hereafter used by the public
for any purpose permitted by law
SECTION II
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval
