1986-080J 1413L NO AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO BY THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I On the 1~ day of b6r , Municipal 1986, at 7 00 o'clock P M in the City Council Chmam s o the Building of the City of Denton, Texas, the VCity Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Denton, Texas of the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein On the ~ day of 1986, at 7 00 o'clock P M in the City Council Cham ers a Municipal Building of the City of Denton, Texas, the ty Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation directed to cause notice of such public hearings to be published once in a newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the territory described in Exhibit "A" not more than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the date of such public hearings, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act (Article 970a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes) SECTION III This ordinance shall be in
