AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ARKWRIGHT -BOSTON
INSURANCE COMPANY FOR BOILER AND MACHINERY INSURANCE AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The proposal of Arkwright-Boston Insurance Company for
Boiler and Machinery Insurance, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein, is hereby accepted,
and the expenditure of funds therefor is hereby authorized
SECTION
That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval
