EXHIBIT "A"
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the
B B B & C R R Co Survey, A-185, City and County of
Denton, Texas, being all of Lots 11, 12, and 13, Block 2, of
OATMAN ADDITION to the City of Denton, plat of which is
recorded in Vol 148, Page 401, Deed Records of said County,
and being more fully described as follows
HhGINNINC at a found steel pin at the Southwest corner of
Lot 11 and the Southeast corner of Lot 10 on the North
boundary line of Lot 21, Block 2 of OATMAN ADDITION,
THENCE North a distance of 140 0 feet to a steel pin at
the Northeast corner of Lot 10 and the Northwest corner of
