AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS SETTING INSPECTION AND
PERMIT FEES AS PROVIDED FOR BY ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the fire safety inspection fees and permit fees provided
for in Section 10-4 of Article I of Chapter 10 of the Code of
ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas are hereby set in the
following amounts

gasoline or LPG tanks

(e)
standpipe systems

3 Permit Fees provided for in Section 10-4(c) Fees
for all permits required for all businesses or
activities required under Section 4 101, of the UFC,
(being the enumerated activities and businesses 1
through 46 therein), shall be $25 00 per permit
except as otherwise specified herein as follows
(a) The permit fee for "2 Repair hangers", "12 Dry
cleaning plants", "13 Dust producing operations",
021 Garages", "24 High-piled combustible stock",
"38 Places of assembling", "44 Tire recapping"
and "45 Waste material handling plants" shall
pay a permit fee based on square footage as pro-
vided for in building fire safety inspection fees
set out in 1, above
(b) The permit fee for "6 Burning in public place"
or 14 Bonfires or rubbish fires" shall be $50 00
per day
(c) The permit fee for "18 Flammable or combustible
liquids or tanks, and 026 Liquified petroleum
gases" shall be $50 00

SECTION II
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in force when the pro-
visions of this ordinance become effective which are inconsistent
or in conflict with the terms or provisions contained in this
ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval /
