CLASSIFICATION AND USE DESIGNATION AND APPROVING A NEW DETAILED PLAN FOR 9 296 ACRES OF PD-87 LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF LILLIAN MILLER PARKWAY AT SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE, PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE,
