AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON BOTH SIDES
OF CAR,ROLL BOULEVARD TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY FEET (250') NORTH OF
FAIN STREET TO SHERMAN DRIVE DURING THE ANNUAL SPRING FLING TO
BE HELD MAY 5 AND 6, 1984, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, parking shall
be prohibited upon the following street in the City of Denton
to-wit
Both sides of Carroll Boulevard two hundred and fifty
feet (250') north of Fain Street to Sherman Drive
during the annual Spring Fling to be held on May 5 and
6, 1984
SECTION II
That portion of the above described street designated as
temporary no parking shall revert back to the parking zone
regulations immediately from and after the closing of the Spring
Fling on May 6, 1984
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall become effective fourteen (14)
days from the date of its passage, and the City Secretary is
hereby directed to cause the caption of this ordinance to be
published twice in the Denton Record-Chronicle, the official
newspaper of the City of Denton, Texas, within ten (10) days of
the date of its passage
