1983-148AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXA~, RELATING TO THE 5LACTRICAL CODE,
PROVIDING FOR INCREASED FEES FOR ELECTRICAL PERMITS, AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVA DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXA~, HEREBY ORDAINS
PART I
That Chapter 9, Article IV, Section 9-47, "Separate
Permits", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton,
Texas, ~s hereby amended to read as follows
"Separate Permits
A separate permit shall be required for each separate
building or store space To determine the permit fee
for an apartment bulldlng each apartment unit shall be
calculated separately The cost of electric service
to an apartment building shall be determined by the
number of service drops or service laterals to the
building"
PART II
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage and approval ~ ~
